We have recently confirmed fraudulent emails impersonating representatives or executives of our company and group companies, requesting the creation or invitation to chat groups from messaging applications (such as LINE, WhatsApp, Messenger etc).
Please note that these emails have no connection whatsoever with our company or any group company.
Our company will never request the creation of SNS groups or ask for QR codes individually.

If You Receive a Suspicious Email

Please do not take any of the following actions:

• Create or join SNS groups as instructed.
• Click on any URLs included in the email.
• Reply to the email or enter any personal information.
• Follow any other instructions contained in the email.

If You Have Already Responded

If you have sent a QR code or started any suspicious interaction, please stop immediately.
