■ Overview
On June 16, 2025, we detected suspicious behavior on a server managed by our company that deviated from normal operations. An immediate investigation was launched, and traces of unauthorized access were confirmed. As a result, we have determined that the server was compromised. The affected server has since been shut down.
■ Response Measures
- The compromised server has been shut down, and communication with the IP segment from which the unauthorized access originated has been blocked.
- On June 19, 2025, we established an internal response task force and are working in collaboration with an external cybersecurity firm to investigate the scope and cause of the incident.
- A damage report has been filed with the Hyogo Prefectural Police.
- As there is a possibility that employee personal information may have been leaked, we have reported the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

- It has been confirmed that some information may have been exfiltrated via the compromised server.
- We are currently conducting a thorough review of the potentially leaked data.
- Our business systems are operating normally, and there has been no impact on our business activities.
