Upon detection, we immediately established an internal emergency response headquarters and began working with an external cybersecurity firm to investigate the incident and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
Our internal business systems continue to operate normally, and there has been no disruption to our business activities.
This third report outlines the findings of our investigation as of August 6, 2025, and the current status of our response.
We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience and concern this incident has caused to all affected parties.

Response Measures
The affected server has been shut down, and both inbound and outbound traffic on the suspected network segment has been blocked via firewall.
We are continuing to investigate the potentially leaked information and its scope, including personal and business-related data.
We are in direct communication with individuals of our group whose personal information may have been compromised to explain the situation and discuss future measures. For those affiliated with external partner companies, we have also provided explanations to their respective employers.
We have received a forensic investigation report from the external cybersecurity firm. The report revealed that the unauthorized access was carried out using an unknown method, involving highly covert malware customized for our IT systems. Based on this, we have determined that the incident was a sophisticated cyberattack. Additionally, traces of unauthorized access were found on another server, and a detailed investigation of that server is currently underway.
We continue to evaluate countermeasures with the support of external experts. In parallel, we are monitoring social media and the dark web to prevent secondary damage. As of August 6, no signs of related information being disseminated or circulated have been detected.
We have reported the incident to the Hyogo Prefectural Police, the Personal Information Protection Commission, and the Kinki Bureau of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (due to the inclusion of information subject to telecommunications confidentiality).
As of August 6, no secondary damage has been confirmed. However, we ask all concerned individuals to remain vigilant and avoid responding to suspicious phone calls or emails from unknown sources.
We will continue our investigation to determine the cause and scope of the incident and implement necessary countermeasures. We will promptly report any newly discovered facts or necessary countermeasures, and will continue to provide updates on the situation as appropriate.
Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern this incident has caused.
